REG FULL-TIME Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Spokane, WA

Job Type: Full-time
The Project Manager Level II oversees small to large scale, highly complex, projects or multiple projects simultaneously. They are responsible for strategic decision-making, managing significant budgets, and ensuring project success at an organizational level. This role requires extensive experience in project management, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business goals.
What We Offer:
- 5 or more years Electronics or Industry related experience
- 2-4 years Project Management experience
- PMP certification – recommended, not required
- Risk Analysis
- Previous experience working on one or more of our systems
- Clean driving record and current driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- WA Limited Energy 06 License recommended, not required
- Experience using industry related hand tools and power tools
- Computer Skills
- Physical demands walking, stooping, ladder climbing, lifts and lifting 50-90 lbs
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accountable for oversight of project(s) schedule and budget
- Analyze Plan and Layout project tasks to internal and subcontracted resources
- Track project milestones from kickoff to completion and final job folder
- Support release of materials and managing suppliers
- Weekly Project Status Meetings to ensure projects are on track
- On-Site Meetings: Attend customer team meetings, conduct site visits
- Quality Management ensure adherence to the company's Quality Management System
- Task installers and actively keep assigned personnel efficient throughout the project
- Review End of Shift Reports and Issues Reports Daily
