We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in electrical or integration construction industry to join our team. This individual will lead our sales team and contribute to the growth and profitability of our company. The successful candidate will need a strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn product specifications and applications. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer tailored solutions to customer needs. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proven Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and energize the performance of the sales team to meet sales objectives and targets.
Support the sales team's day-to-day needs, leveraging your own sales experience to provide practical guidance and leadership.
Involved with technical sales that may encompass computer networking, construction sales, service sales, or electrical system sales.
Create, negotiate, and finalize building contracts, ensuring costs and profitability are accurately projected.
Strategic Thinking: understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competition. Assist with the development of strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in our market. Identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
Communication Skills: Understanding the needs and feedback of team members and clients. Offer on-the-ground support at the office and maintain regular interaction with the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience Marketing and managing a sales team, preferably in the electrical industry or you have construction integration experience.
Experience in technical sales, electrical system sales, or mechanical sales.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
High level of negotiation and networking skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
Hard-working background and the willingness to go the extra mile.
